Cassidy Mutnansky

Cassidy Mutnansky, AICP is the health planner for the City of St. Petersburg, responsible for coordinating the Health in All Policies initiative. She holds both a Master of Science in Planning and a Master of Public Health from Florida State University. Cassidy has a diverse career background, with experience working on several urban planning and public health initiatives related to community resiliency, hazard mitigation, capital improvements, transportation, economic development, parks and recreation, and chronic and infectious disease prevention. Cassidy is also a proud Peace Corps Volunteer, having served two years as a water and sanitation planner in the amazon rainforest region of Peru.

Caitlin Murphy

Caitlin Murphy is a health planner and the coordinator of Pinellas County’s Health in All Policies (HiAP) initiative, analyzing how proposed County actions affect community health and making recommendations to maximize the health benefits and minimize health risks of government decisions. She is an expert in multiple health assessments and planning methodologies, having conducted health impact, environmental health, and community health assessments across Florida communities. She has a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Florida State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida, and is a ULI Health Leader.
