LSPA Program Offers Guided Meditation Classes

The Lifestyle, Sport and Physical Activity Program is hosting two guided meditation sessions for the GW community. The first, Guided Meditation (with Matthew), is held every night from 8pm-8:30pm. Here is the Zoom link:

An additional class (with Nina) is now offered on Fridays from 12pm - 12:45pm. The last day for this specific class will be May 8th. Here is the Zoom link:
