Marion Nestle Gives Talk on Food Politics at GW
Marion Nestle, the Paulette Goddard Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University, gave a talk on food politics and social responsibility that was held at the Jack Morton Auditorium on April 15. The George Washington University Urban Food Task Force invited Dr. Nestle to campus, with support from Milken Institute School of Public Health and the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Nestle’s research examines scientific and socioeconomic influences on food choice, obesity and food safety.
