SPHHS Video Animates Infographic on the Cost of Obesity

In April 2013, the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services (SPHHS) was named a winner of the American Public Health Association’s National Public Health Week (NPHW) Infographic contest. The contest focused on the NPHW 2013 theme: Public Health is ROI – Save Lives, Save Money. SPHHS chose to focus its infographic on the cost of obesity and incorporated research by SPHHS faculty including Todd Miller, Avi Dor, Christine Ferguson, and data from the STOP Obesity Alliance, led by faculty member Scott Kahan.
