The Milken Institute SPH wants to make applying easier and more affordable! By applying via SOPHAS to the Milken Institute SPH first, we will give you a fee waiver (that is a $155 savings!). 

To qualify:

• You must be applying to a residential MPH or residential MS program.
• You must be one of the first 1000 applications.
• We must be your first submitted application through SOPHAS.
• The fee waiver must be used by October 1, 2026.
• If you apply and pay, there is no reimbursement.

After you fill out the SOPHAS application and before you hit submit, fill out the form linked below. You will need to upload a screenshot or photo of your “Ready to Submit Screen.” Once you submit the form with the photo, we will send you a fee waiver within 24 business hours!
