Departmental Resources for Students
As a GW student, you have many resources at your disposal through your department, the school, and the university as a whole. For a list of school and university resources available to all Milken Institute School of Public Health students, check out the Student Resources page.
Below are some additional resources (beyond what is found on the Student Resources Page) that the department has selected as being specifically relevant and useful to Environmental and Occupational Health Department students.
Download the syllabi for Culminating Experience courses (PUBH 6137 (fall) and PUBH 6138 (spring)). With the permission of Dr. Lance Price, students also have the option of pursuing their Culminating Experience independently with a faculty advisor via PUBH 6015.
Attending the American Public Health Association's annual meeting is a great opportunity for learning and networking.
The annual GW Research Days event, held each spring, is an opportunity for students to share results of their research. Funding is available to assist Research Day participants with printing posters. Contact the department for details.
