- coordinates dean’s sign-off on all academic forms requiring dean’s approval
- offers academic advising to undergraduates
- addresses DegreeMAP questions and issues
- monitors students' academic progress, including the progress of students on academic probation
- answers questions regarding GWSPH and university policies and procedures
- maintains the online student handbook
- evaluates student requests for emergency loans
- evaluates student applications to the Capital Connection Fund and other school funding sources for students
- evaluates student applications for partial reimbursement of credentialing exam fees
