Abby Proctor

Abby is a Research Associate in the Department of Global Health at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. Her professional focus is infectious disease, particularly arboviruses and emerging infections. As part of Dr. Christopher Mores' research team, Abby provides technical coordination and supports laboratory harmonization and capacity building of the ongoing Pregnancy Risk, Infant Surveillance, and Measurement Alliance (PRISMA) open cohort study, which has sites in Ghana, India, Kenya, Pakistan, and Zambia. Abby earned a Bachelors in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Masters in Biotechnology from Boston University and earned a Master of Public Health in Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation from George Washington University.
