Dr. Jauregui Wurst is an Argentine-American physician with postgraduate studies in Clinical Effectiveness and Healthcare Quality Improvement. She has twenty years of international experience in public health in both government and non-profit organizations, public health program development and implementation, and clinical and operational research. Dr. Jauregui Wurst worked as Technical Officer of the Pan American Health Organization/ World Health Organization between 2008 and 2014, providing assistance to Ministries of Health on making evidence-based decisions. Since 2014, she has been an international consultant for PAHO, the WHO, Sabin Vaccine Institute, Mérieux Foundation USA, CDISC, and other international health organizations. Dr. Jauregui Wurst gave panel presentations at over 40 regional and international meetings, led 5 regional PAHO/WHO workshops, and has published dozens of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
