Earl Pinto is the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement at the General Services Administration.
Previously, Mr. Pinto served as Director of the Acquisition Management Services for the Program Support Center (PSC), a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to that post, Mr. Pinto served as Director, Clinical Health Services for PSC’s Federal Occupational Health (FOH). Before that, Earl served as Director of Employee Assistance and Work/Life Programs at FOH as well as Director, Administration and Resource Management, where he was responsible for overseeing FOH’s budgeting, finance, contracting, human resources, information technology, and administrative activities. Earl also served as PSC Chief of Staff. Mr. Pinto received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University. He also received a Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration from the University of Southern California. Finally, he received a law degree from the College of William & Mary Law School.
