Joseph Corlis is a health economist with over a decade of experience designing, implementing, and researching health programs in low- and middle-income countries. His work centers on three main areas of interest: (1) large-scale costing studies, (2) client costs and affordability, and (3) resource optimization for the HIV response. He has co-authored publications on cost-effectiveness, change management, and health program sustainability.

Dr. Corlis teaches courses on global health leadership and program management at George Washington University. He earned his DrPH from Harvard University, MPH from Universidade de Fortaleza, and BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
