Anne-Vanessa Vanderpuije is a Ghanaian-trained medical doctor and Master of Public Health candidate in Epidemiology at the George Washington University. Her interests center on addressing health disparities and bridging clinical care with public health research to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
At the Office of Research Excellence, Anne-Vanessa serves as a Graduate Administrative Assistant for Research Communication. In this role, she contributes to the design and dissemination of research-related communications, including newsletters, web content, and strategic messaging that highlight the impact of faculty and student scholarship across the GW community.
By combining her clinical background, public health training and communication skills, she helps make research more visible and accessible to diverse audiences
