Facilities
The school of public health offices and classrooms are housed primarily in the Milken Institute School of Public Health building at 950 New Hampshire Ave. NW in Foggy Bottom. Research Labs and the Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics are housed on the 7th floor of the Science and Engineering Hall, located at 800 22nd Street NW. Non-lab research project staff and institutes are also housed at 2175 K Street NW, a short walk from the Milken Institute SPH building and the Foggy Bottom Metro. The Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library is located next to the Foggy Bottom Metro in Ross Hall, the primary academic building for the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Milken Institute School of Public Health Building

For the first time in its history, Milken Institute School of Public Health has its six academic departments and all programs housed under a single roof. The 115,000 square foot award-winning building provides a central location for faculty, students, alumni and staff to make face-to-face connections and convene with prominent leaders to exchange ideas.
The building is also a focal point for hosting public health events as we continue the tradition of hosting dynamic and engaging speakers in the field of public health. Reservable space includes a large auditorium, convening center, executive case study room and several classrooms equipped with the latest technology for webcasting.

Ross Hall is the main academic building of the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Occasionally public health classes and events are held there. Please check the current schedule of courses to find the exact location of classes. Ross Hall also houses the Himmelfarb Health Science Library.
