Dr. Kimberly Nguyen is currently a Professorial Lecturer at the George Washington University's (GW) Milken Institute School of Public Health. She has taught Applied Public Health Methods and Epidemiologic Methods in Assessing Vaccine Hesitancy at GW since 2022. Previously, she has taught Introductory and Applied Epidemiology, Survey Methods, and Public Health Practice at Tufts University School of Medicine. She has over 15 years of experience in state and federal government, including state health departments, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in programs which include tobacco, HIV, violence prevention, preparedness and response, global health, and immunizations. She has developed and implemented national surveys in the U.S. and around the world, and is recognized for translating research into public health practice.
