Kickoff of GWSPH Project M.O.R.A.L.E.

We are thrilled to announce the official kickoff of Project M.O.R.A.L.E., a groundbreaking initiative at the Milken Institute School of Public Health (GWSPH). This ambitious project aims to foster a supportive and dynamic environment for our community. The project focuses on six key pillars:

Motivation: Encouraging individuals to pursue their passions and commit to lifelong learning.
Opportunity: Focuses on creating and enhancing avenues for personal and professional growth for staff and faculty. It includes the promotion of resources and chances to develop skills, advance careers, and contribute meaningfully to the school's mission.
Recognition: Celebrating the individual achievements of students, faculty, and professionals contributing to GWSPH.
Achievement: Setting community high standards aiming to create an environment where shared success is celebrated, and everyone feels their hard work and dedication are appreciated.
Leadership: Developing the leadership skills necessary to inspire and guide others in the GWSPH community.
Empowerment:  Boosting morale by fostering an environment where individuals feel trusted, valued, and capable of driving positive change.
