Elizabeth K. Do, PhD, MPH is an experienced public health researcher and scientist who works to better understand how genetic factors and aspects of the social and physical environment influence health-related behaviors. To date, a majority of Dr. Do's research has been focused on tobacco prevention and control efforts among adolescents and young adults, as it relates to identifying factors contributing to tobacco use behaviors and evaluating impacts of tobacco-free policies and legislation on tobacco use among young adults. She continues this work in her current roles as an adjunct Professorial Lecturer in Epidemiology at the George Washington University and Senior Research Manager at the Truth Initiative. She has also served as the Chair and Chair-Elect of the Tobacco Free Alliance of Virginia.
