Marty Makinen
Dr. Makinen is an economist with more than 40 years of experience working on health financing, economics, nutrition, agriculture, and governance issues in low- and middle-income countries. He has worked in more than 50 countries on developing and applying practical solutions to policy and practice issues. Makinen has a PhD in economics from the University of Michigan.
